Do you do EPC's?

- Our commission includes a free Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and floor plan, so you have nothing to pay upfront – our commission will be collected from the proceeds of sale of your property in the traditional manner, once the sale has completed.

Do you have a contract?

- Our estate agency contract does not have a tie-in period, and you are free to cancel at any point in time – so you have complete flexibility.

Do you do for sale boards?

- If you wish to have a For Sale board placed at the front of your property, we will be pleased to provide one of our smart new boards for you, again at no additional cost to you.
